4. User Information and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided by you is true, current, and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, where applicable.
• You must promptly update any changes to your contact or booking details.
• You are responsible for all actions carried out through your account or booking information.

5. Booking and Appointment Terms

• All bookings are subject to availability of collection staff, laboratories, and service areas.
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to operational, traffic, weather, technical, or logistical reasons.
• You must ensure that the provided address and contact details are accurate and reachable.
• You or the patient must be available at the scheduled time for the service.
• If a booking cannot be completed because of incorrect details, inaccessibility, or unavailability of the user, the appointment may be cancelled or marked unsuccessful.

6. Payments and Pricing

• Pricing for services will be displayed at the time of booking, where applicable.
• Prices may change from time to time without prior notice unless a booking has already been confirmed.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment partners.
• You agree to pay all applicable charges for the services you request.

7. No Refund Policy

All payments made through Blood Collection are generally non-refundable.

• Cancellation of a booking does not automatically entitle the user to any refund.
• No refund is applicable once a field executive has been dispatched, sample collection has been completed, or lab processing has started.
• In limited cases where service is not delivered due to our operational failure, we may choose, at our discretion, to reschedule the service or provide service credit.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Blood Collection does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The platform is intended only to facilitate blood test booking and sample collection services.
• Lab reports are generated by third-party laboratories or authorized service partners.
• Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for interpretation of reports, diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blood Collection shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by external or unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect user-provided information.
• We are not responsible for medical interpretation, medical outcomes, or decisions taken based on reports.
• We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party laboratories beyond the scope of our direct control.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform or services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information
• Attempting to disrupt, hack, damage, or interfere with the app, website, or associated systems
• Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Harassing or threatening collection staff, support personnel, or service providers
