1. Strict No Refund Policy
All bookings made through the Blood Collection app are non-refundable.
Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel bookings before the scheduled time.
- Cancellation does not make the booking eligible for a refund.
3. No Refund Conditions
No refunds will be provided if:
- Sample collection has been completed
- Lab processing has started
- Field executive has been dispatched
4. Exceptional Situations
In rare cases where the service is not delivered due to our operational failure:
- We may reschedule the service
- Or provide service credit (non-cash)
5. User Responsibility
- Provide accurate address and contact details
- Be available at the scheduled time
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of service without refund.
